I love my role as a general practitioner.

There are board-certified internal medicine specialists, board-certified surgeons, board-certified neurologists, board-certified oncologists board-certified ophthalmologists board-certified dentists board-certified holistic medicine specialists, board-certified nutritionists, board-certified behavior specialists, board-certified reproductive specialists, board-certified cardiologists, board-certified endocrinologists, board-certified pulmonologist's, board-certified clinical pathologists, board-certified dermatologists, board-certified pharmacologists, board-certified emergency medicine specialists, and the list goes on.

It is the role of the general practitioner to know the basics of all of these specialties.  When working up a client's pet, is not unusual to get to a point in understanding what is going on and for the benefit of the pet, make a recommendation to go to a specialist where you can put your faith in their hands, knowing that the care your pet will receive will be the best available.

I love my role as a general practitioner.  I see a different caseload every single day which keeps my mind sharp,  and my knowledge base current.

Over the years, I have come to learn the meaning of the human, animal bond. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to have befriended 53 amazing, wonderful, loving pets who we considered our children.  Here at the Cappuccino Veterinary Clinic, you will understand by our actions that my philosophy is shared by every staff member here.
